David, is the founding Director of R2R Services Pty Ltd, has more than 41 years experience in hospitality catering and logistics for remote and commercial operation in the area of facility management of major and small  facilities. This includes 21 years of military service within the Australian Army Catering ,Corp, with 10 of these years served in the SAS Regiment as the Unit Caterer.


Before establishing R2R Services, he was involved in such projects as Mining Area C, Kurra Village, Murrin Murrin and the Gorgon Project. He has established and provided village services, design and functionality, for, among others, BHP Billiton, Chevron, Hatch and Proteus Engineering and Calibre Engenium. He has been an Administration Superintendent, which included responsibilities for town management in remote localities. Consultancy for companies such as Rio  Tinto , Auctus Minerals and National Lifestyle Villages to provide  facility management of exsisting complexes requiring upgrade , food safety , risk assessment,  and business development.   More recently working with a major hotel  in Port Hedland to develop the Business Development.


David has been employed by many village services operators', holding the position of Operations Manager. He has international village services and operational experience, including work in Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and Mongolia. In Mongolia provided assistance with the development and contract delivery of a 12,000 person operation at the Oyu Tolgoi Project in the early construction phase.


In 2005 David attended the WA Leadership Course, a Rio Tinto WA Future Fund program, resulting in pro-bono work with the REACH Foundation, and a position on the board of Uniting Care West for the last ten years and Pilbara Community Legal Service more recently David has also provided business advice to the Volunteer Task Force and Paraplegic Benefit Fund.  David has been a Councillor of the Royal Agricultural Society of WA for last four years.  He currently holds the position of President of the Boer War Memorial Society of WA and a committee member of the SASR Association.
